With more than 20 years of accounting experience, we have worked with individuals, nonprofits, and businesses across a wide range of industries, helping clients stay organized, compliant and financially confident.
Meet Our Team
Aaron Bouskilla - Partner, CMA
Aaron is a Certified Managerial Accountant who specializes in cost analysis, internal auditing and international markets. He has been helping clients as an accountant since 2002. He got his start in traditional finance and banking but has since grown to love helping small businesses and start-ups integrate their financial systems. In his spare time Aaron enjoys going to baseball games and hanging out with his children.
Nicole Ecker - Partner, CTEC CRTP
Nicole is a senior accountant at Aequus Financial who has more than 20 years of experience providing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation and financial reporting services to individuals and small businesses. She is a California Registered Tax Preparer since 2005 and a PTIN holder since 2013 as well as a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor. In her free time, she enjoys going to museums with her family and playing with her Pomeranian.
Rebecca Rosenbloom - Senior Bookkeeper
Rebecca is a senior bookkeeper at Aequus Financial who has more than 25 years in bookkeeping and accounting experience. She has prepared books in many industries including non-profits, restaurants, construction, and film. As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she combines technical expertise with a personalized approach, helping clients stay organized, confident and complaint. In her free time, she loves to bake and go hiking.
Natalie Aneche - Office Assistant
